Temporary Administrative Assistant – Export Documentation
Location: Evesham
Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
Contract: 6 weeks
We’re currently looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our Operations team in Evesham on a 6-week assignment. This role will focus on completing and organising export documentation to make sure our records are fully up to date and audit-ready.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Reviewing paper files stored in the warehouse
2. Uploading missing paperwork (such as signed collection notes) into our system
3. Contacting a small number of customers to gather missing export evidence
4. Collating and uploading emailed documents against invoices, ensuring accuracy and consistency
5. Supporting colleagues across Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance with documentation queries
What we’re looking for:
6. Previous admin experience (ideally in logistics, supply chain, or export documentation)
7. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
8. Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
9. Good communication skills when liaising with customers and internal teams
10. Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines within the 6-week timeframe
