Sales Executive - AUTOMOTIVE | Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Salary: Competitive basic (negotiable) + Uncapped Commission | Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends!) | Hybrid Working: Office-based
Responsibilities
* Manage your own portfolio of personal and business clients
* Handle inbound leasing enquiries - warm, ready-to-go leads
* Match customers with the perfect lease deals
* Close deals confidently over the phone
* Smash your targets and enjoy uncapped earnings
* Uncapped Earnings - Real Potential:
* Year 1 OTE: £45,000 - £55,000
* Year 2 OTE: £60,000 - £80,000
* Year 3 OTE: £100,000+
What you’ll need
* Proven telephone-based sales experience
* A background in automotive, leasing, finance, or insurance preferred
* Confidence, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
* Target-driven with a hunger to learn and grow
* Strong computer skills & attention to detail
