Part Time Financial Support Agent - Hours: 5 Days a Week (AM or PM) Salary - £28,000 (pro rata) Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers who are experiencing financial difficulties to understand their situation and agree on suitable repayment solutions. Make and receive calls, emails, and other communications in a supportive and professional manner. Provide tailored financial guidance and support, ensuring customers feel heard and helped. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update systems accordingly. Work closely with internal departments to resolve any account-related issues or queries. Ensure all actions comply with industry regulations and company policies, protecting customer data and financial wellbeing. Assist with administrative duties related to customer accounts, reports, and payment arrangements.
