Key Responsibilities
* Perform planned preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and mechanical repairs across all areas of the plant.
* Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
* Contribute to continuous improvement activities, equipment upgrades, and reliability-focused projects.
* Conduct mechanical inspections, strip-downs, refurbishments, and overhauls.
* Lead and support job change overs, ensuring tooling, machinery, and mechanical equipment are correctly adjusted, aligned, and prepared for production.
* Support long-term maintenance planning and reliability initiatives.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
What We're Looking For
* Time-served Mechanical Engineer or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Strong mechanical fault-finding, fitting, and maintenance skills.
