The Role

We are seeking an experienced and welcoming Receptionist / Office Administrator to be the first point of contact at our Ballymena Head Office. This part-time role is envisaged at 24 hours per week, but we are open to flexibility for the right candidate. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive first impression, is highly organised, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and office support.


Key Responsibilities

* Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
* Answering and directing calls to appropriate colleagues.
* Managing the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organised, and presentable.
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier arrangements.
* Supporting travel bookings and accommodation arrangements.
* Providing administrative support including:
o Ordering uniforms, stationery, and supplies.
o Preparing reports, printing, binding, and laminating.
o Organising meetings and room bookings.
* Assisting with general office upkeep and maintenance coordination.

Hours

c. 24 hours per week (flexible arrangements considered)


Skills
