At Pizza Hut Delivery, the Shift Leader will drive operational excellence, ensuring efficient shift execution and top‑notch customer service. You will lead a team of delivery associates, coaching them and fostering a positive work environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Drive operational excellence and ensure outstanding customer service during each shift.
* Maintain kitchen efficiency, adherence to standards and optimal workflow.
* Oversee product quality, freshness and health & safety compliance.
* Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback and recognition.
* Manage shift technology, scheduling and communication tools.
* Monitor and achieve set performance targets and metrics.
* Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene and Safety regulations.
The Ideal Candidate
The Shift Leader should have a strong people orientation, a passion for pizza and an ambition to develop people.
* Proven ability to motivate and lead teams.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Understanding of food safety and delivery operations.
