The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from early consultation through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing project teams to ensure seamless integration of design and technical delivery
* Overseeing the production and coordination of technical documentation with strong Revit skills
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on project objectives and ensure successful project outcomes
* Providing leadership in all project phases, balancing creative design thinking with robust technical execution
* Mentoring and supporting the professional development of junior team members through guidance and structured learning
Candidate Requirements
* Strong leadership and technical skills, with experience delivering medium to large-scale projects
* Advanced proficiency in Revit
* In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing best practices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
