Be the organisational heartbeat of a growing, tech-savvy company—keeping operations smooth, people supported, and clients delighted.
Responsibilities
* Front-of-house excellence: greet visitors, handle enquiries, resolve issues fast.
* Manage correspondence: emails, calls, and post with timely, professional responses.
* Keep records spotless in Excel, Word, and Outlook; ensure documents are easy to find.
* Prepare clear PowerPoint decks and meeting packs.
* Coordinate meetings and office events: schedules, rooms/VC, agendas, and minutes.
* Day-to-day admin: data entry, document prep, invoicing support, and inventory.
* Collaborate to streamline processes—templates, checklists, smarter workflows.
* Triage basic IT issues (setups, permissions, printer/VC) before escalating.
Requirements
* Admin/office support experience preferred (not essential).
* Friendly, professional customer-service mindset; excellent English.
* Microsoft 365 proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
* Highly organised, detail-driven, and great at prioritising in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player who can also work independently.
* Turkish language skills are a plus.
Working pattern
* Hybrid: 3 days in our Canterbury (CT1) office, 2 days from home each week.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £17.00 per hour
