Reward £12.80 per hour Hybrid working 3 days from home, 2 days in the office Monday Friday - 37.5 hours per week Holiday accrued in addition to the hourly rate Free parking Job Role: Providing frontline customer support via phone and email, responding to queries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with key customer contacts Logging, tracking, and categorising customer interactions and complaints, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely escalation of complex cases Scheduling and coordinating customer appointments, ensuring accurate system updates and avoiding operational conflicts Liaising with internal teams to support consistent service delivery and operational efficiency Maintaining accurate records, updating systems, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth team operations Skills and experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service or support roles Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Highly organised with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Familiarity with CRM systems or service management platforms is advantageous Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
