An established organisation in Bournemouth is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to join their IT Services department. The role is primarily customer-facing, providing high-quality support to the organisation. The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative IT team, handling 1st and 2nd line support and contributing to day-to-day IT operations.
