The CES team are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join the team for a period of up to 12 months. The role The successful candidate will be required to work across the Asset Management team assisting with relevant deals / transactions as needed during the year. Typical intern responsibilities / duties will include: Supporting the update and execution of the business plan activities, including but not limited to asset / portfolio sales, refinancing, letting, refurbishment and development projects Assist in financial analysis and modeling to evaluate property performance and investment returns Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including acquisitions, development, and finance, to execute asset management strategies Prepare presentations, reports, and investment memorandums for internal stakeholders and investors Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other tools used for tracking property performance and market data Candidate profile Recently graduated or Summer 2024 graduates studying real estate, engineering, finance, business administration or mathematics Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and investment principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Spanish is a plus Prior internship experience in real estate, finance, or consulting is a plus Have the right to work in the UK in a full-time role (this role does not offer any form of sponsorship) Location and hours In-office presence required.
