Key Responsibilities: * Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to service users. * Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility. * Promote independence and choice while respecting individual preferences. * Support service users with physical, emotional, and social needs. * Accurately follow care plans and risk assessments. * Assist in administering medication (if trained and required). * Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment in line with health and safety regulations. * Build trusting relationships with service users, families, and colleagues. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or similar role (preferred). * Relevant qualifications such as a Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable). * Understanding of safeguarding, dignity, and person-centered care. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. * Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
