Service Care Solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Social Care Team in Preston.
As an associate recruitment consultant, you will recruit for key social care roles including support workers, care staff, and registered managers across the East Midlands and Northeast London. The role involves managing the entire recruitment process—from sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews to securing placements and supporting temporary staff with timesheets. Building strong relationships with local authorities, charities, and private sector clients will be essential to your success.

The Details: Basic Salary of £25,000 with potential to increase to £28,000
