About you
We are looking for Multi Trade Operative - Joiner/Plumber to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering responsive repairs to maintain customer's homes.
You should have completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or have equivalent relevant experience. You should be fully capable in successfully undertaking and completing all aspects of the multi-trade role. This requires the individual to be fully competent in two or more trades, to deliver all aspects of this work to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic, premises ranging from minor repairs to the installation of major components.
Excellent customer service skills, a good knowledge of health and safety and a full UK driving licence are essential.

* Salary is 35,833 per annum
* Location: Throughout the North East
* 37 Hours per week
* The successful applicant will be required to participate when required in delivering our out of hours service (additional payments will apply)
