An opportunity has arisen for a Site Services Technician
VPI Immingham is a combined heat and power plant near Immingham. It is one of the largest CHP plants in Europe, capable of generating 1240MW- approx. 1% of UK electricity peak demand and up to 930 tonnes of steam per hour.
Safety is at the core of the business and great care is taken to ensure the safety of its personnel and to protect the surrounding environment.
Accountable for producing the daily maintenance schedule, updating and circulating as necessary. Works with maintenance Team Lead and Technicians.
Accountable for the contract support requirements for maintenance work and tasks assigned.
Accountable for tools and equipment registers, inspections and certification.
Responsible for management of key plant contracts including cranes, scaffolding, lagging, painting and cleaning.
Point of contact for, but not limited to insulation, scaffolding, waste management, site facilities cleaning, stores and tooling.
Assist with reviewing and uploading maintenance instructions and procedures.
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft IT systems, including but not limited to excel, project and Maximo.
