Are you an experienced operations leader with a strong background in thermoforming and a passion for driving manufacturing excellence? We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead our production team and help scale our capabilities as we continue to grow.
About the Role
As our Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and safety. This role requires deep knowledge of thermoforming processes, strong leadership skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality.
* Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Optimize thermoforming production lines to maximize output and minimize waste.
* Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Manage and develop team members across production shifts.
* Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams to meet business goals.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in operations or plant management within a thermoforming or plastics manufacturing environment.
* Proven success in leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced production setting.
* Strong understanding of thermoforming equipment, tooling, and process optimization.
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies is a plus.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
