Requirements:
Management experience within young peoples residential services
RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
Excellent working knowledge of Childrens Homes National Minimum Standards & The Childrens Act 2010
Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
