Position: Customer Support Coordinator
Department: Customer Service
Work Location: Poole (Hybrid 3 days onsite) or UK Fully Remote
Role Type: Full time, Permanent
What you will be doing:
Deliver outstanding customer service via email and telephone to retail partners, working closely with the regional sales team to identify risks and relevant actions. Ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately, and delivered within expected timescales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support stock availability and price information requests primarily via email
* Manage retail customer orders from input to final invoice
* Liaise with sales reps and agents regarding customer accounts, inquiries, and order issues
* Provide and analyze data and customer performance for sales
* Process orders via the B2B system and manual orders
* Record order and cancellation values on internal logs
* Assist Senior Merchandising Specialist with order processing and administration
* Amend customer orders to meet requirements
* Handle non-conformity issues
* Apply appropriate carriage charges, discounts, and product catalogues to orders
* Keep customer records up to date (Sage)
* Support sales reps and retail partners in risk identification and action planning, including attending meetings
* Compile weekly forecasts for warehouse releases
* Provide feedback to CS Manager on factors affecting performance
* Monitor orders daily to ensure timely processing and delivery
* Support Supply Chain Outbound to meet delivery requirements
* Communicate with customers about deliveries and arrange booking slots if needed
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
* 2+ years’ experience in B2B customer service (preferably in FMCG)
* Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and order management
* Fluent in English; French is a plus
* Self-starter, problem solver, effective communicator, customer-centric, results-oriented
Minimum Qualifications:
* Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service, B2B Sales, Logistics, or Operations
