Operational Support Officer
Location: Stores Road, Derby, DE21 4BD
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 5+ Month
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £13.91 per hour
Job Responsibilities
* Provide operational support at the Stores Road depot.
* Assist with customer service requests, queries, and complaints.
* Handle administrative tasks using MS Office tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Communicate effectively with customers, especially in challenging situations.
Person Specifications
Must Have
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* 5 GCSEs A*-C, including English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications.
* Admin qualification NVQ level 2 or similar, or relevant administrative experience.
* Good IT skills and experience with MS Office.
* Strong communication skills for writing letters and emails.
* Commitment to customer care principles.
Nice to Have
* Experience in resolving customer service requests and complaints.
