With your flair for market potential, negotiating skills, and eye for sustainable partnerships, you will acquire new customers and develop existing relationships with vision.

Your Future Role
1. Acquiring new customers and managing long-term customer relationships in the UK
2. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to increase market share
3. Conducting price and contract negotiations
4. Monitoring the market and competition to identify new business opportunities
5. Working closely with internal teams (including product management, marketing, production) to implement customer-specific solutions
6. Representing ELA Container at trade fairs, events, and local customers in the UK
What You Bring to the Team
1. Successfully completed studies in business administration, engineering, construction, or comparable qualifications
2. Several years of professional experience in B2B sales in modular construction, construction, or a comparable technical field
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Fluent in written and spoken English; good knowledge of German desirable
5. High willingness to travel within the UK
6. Knowledge of MS Dynamics, Salesforce, and/or SAP desirable
