As a Project Architect, you will take a leading role in the design and delivery of low-rise residential schemes including new-build housing, small apartment blocks and community-led developments. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, from concept through to completion, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of design, sustainability and buildability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and coordination of low-rise residential projects through all RIBA stages
* Liaise with clients, local authorities and design teams to manage design quality and programme
* Prepare and coordinate planning and working drawings packages
* Oversee technical delivery and site stages with contractors
* Contribute to design reviews and mentor junior team members
* Maintain awareness of current UK Building Regulations and sustainability standards
About You
* ARB registered Architect with 2–6 years post-Part III experience
* Proven experience delivering residential projects in the UK (preferably low-rise or small-scale housing)
* Confident using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (experience with SketchUp or Enscape a plus)
* Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills.
* Must have rights to work in the UK- This firm cannot sponsor at this time!
