Senior Personal Injury Claims Handler responsibilities:
Directly managing claims up to a value of £25k across all areas of Personal Injury in accordance with the claim's philosophy, claims handling procedures and service levels
Acting as a point of technical expertise to help shape the teams ongoing strategy.
Carrying out departmental audits to ensure best practice within the department
Providing assistance, coaching and training colleagues to ensure a high level of technical ability within the team
Supporting the team leader in the delivery of change projects to ensure continual improvement
Working closely with internal claims teams such as Credit Hire and counter fraud to ensure claims with these elements are correctly managed and risks mitigated.Senior Personal Injury Claims Handler benefits:
