Our client is a national, impactful charitable organisation based in North West London. We are seeking a dedicated Database Administrator to take ownership of their Raiser’s Edge database, ensuring it runs efficiently to support fundraising efforts and standards of data integrity. This position will oversee the daily operations of the Raiser’s Edge Database, maintenance, and development of their internal CRM system. This position will work alongside multiple departments, lead data integrity and optimisation projects, and provide crucial training and documentation for system users. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Raiser’s Edge for data accuracy and security Conduct regular audits, eliminate data inconsistencies and standardise records Lead CRM improvement projects and liaise with external consultants Provide training and support for internal teams Segment and clean data for fundraising campaigns and reports Ensure compliance with GDPR, HMRC Gift Aid and PECR Produce strategic data reports and donor analytics Manage integrations with marketing and finance platforms Key Skills: Experience managing Raiser’s Edge/NXT or similar CRM Strong understanding of data management, donor segmentation and automation Familiarity with charity sector data compliance (GDPR, Gift Aid) Excellent communication, project management and training skills Comfortable working with large datasets and producing actionable insights Proficiency in Microsoft 365 A degree in IT, Business or related field is preferred but not essential.
