Business Development Manager – South (Portsmouth / Hampshire / Southampton)
Location: Hybrid – Home, Office and Client Visits
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + £5k Car | £80k OTE uncapped

The Opportunity:
One of the UK’s fastest-growing Managed Service Providers (MSP), are seeking hungry, driven Business Development Managers for their expanding South team. This is a true new business sales role, selling across their full solutions portfolio – including IT services, Unified Comms, Cybersecurity, Connectivity, and Cloud to SME and Mid-Market clients. You’ll join a high-performing, high-growth business with a market-leading commission structure (20% comms on self-gen deals), genuine career progression, and best-in-class enablement/support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Driving new logo acquisition: generating, qualifying and closing new business across voice/data, IT, cyber, and connectivity
2. Creating your own pipeline: outreach, networking, LinkedIn, industry events etc
