Job Opportunity: Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QHSE) Manager
Irwin and Colton are pleased to have been engaged by an industry-leading FM organisation that is seeking a QHSE Manager to lead health and safety programs at a major site in Surrey. The role involves overseeing the QHSE requirements across the site, ensuring compliance across departments and staff.

Responsibilities of the QHSE Manager include:
* Engaging with key stakeholders to foster a positive health and safety culture among staff, subcontractors, and site-operatives
* Maintaining high standards of supplier performance and site safety, while developing management systems aligned with best practices
* Analyzing risks in the working environment and implementing measures to mitigate them
* Ensuring contractors comply with legislation and company guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and relevant professional membership
* Proven experience in the built environment, preferably in facilities management (Hard FM)
* Ability to influence and engage subcontractors to promote safety and compliance culture
* Strong understanding of ISO systems (ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001)
* Experience in life sciences/R&D is advantageous
