On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, quotes, and documentation. Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into CRM and internal systems. Liaise with clients to provide updates and ensure high levels of customer service. Coordinate with internal departments to track progress on client projects and timelines. Maintain and update client records and sales reports. Handle general enquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Assist in the preparation of reports and sales performance metrics.
