Job Overview
We are seeking a few bartending legends to join our ever expanding team. With new bars, new restaurant concepts and new life being breathed in to our workforce, there has never been a more exciting and interesting time to join us.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. We are looking for total superstars to be the life and soul of the hotel. With different bars and restaurants throughout, no day is the same as the last. This means that the stagnant stereotype of hospitality instantly becomes a thing of the past.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
Process payments and manage tabs.
Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
Experience:
Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential. We pride ourselves on training people to fit the mould of our business. You're surrounded by a wealth of experience, so come and take advantage of that.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
A friendly disposition, a winning smile and charm will ensure our guests feel as comfortable as possible, all whilst you then top it all off with a stunning drink.
A willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment is essential.
If you are passionate about delivering excellent service in an intimate setting, where our guests and you are almost one, then you're the individual for us.
