We are recruiting a mid to senior lawyer with a commercial contracts background for a fast growing entertainment business situated in SW London/Surrey, requiring some office time. The company is entrepreneurial and there are excellent long term prospects for growth and development.
Responsibilities will include:
Drafting and negotiating a mix of commercial agreements
Advising on data protection
Support and lead strategic projects
Supporting the business with corporate advisory and governance work
Develop and mentor junior members of the legal team.
The role would suit an experienced commercial lawyer comfortable operating in a fast growing company.
