We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Field & Production Operative. This role combines outdoor fieldwork and hands-on production tasks, requiring physical stamina, adaptability and attention to detail. You’ll work in a variety of environments, performing both field and factory-based activities to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
* Outdoor Assignments: Carry out tasks such as inspections, equipment setup, and maintenance in outdoor environments, occasionally facing variable weather conditions.
* Manual Labour: Perform tasks like lifting, carrying, and assembling tools or material.
Skills and Qualifications
* This role will require exceptional strength, stamina, and endurance to endure long hours of labour-intensive tasks in both outdoor and industrial settings.
* Adaptability: Ability to transition seamlessly between physically demanding outdoor work.
