Responsibilities
* Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
* Optimize logistics processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations to ensure timely material availability and product shipment.
* Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with freight carriers, suppliers, and distributors.
* Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards.
