Temporary Customer Service Advisor
7 week assignment to start ASAP.
Monday - Friday : 8:00am - 5:00pm.
£12.75 per hour.
Location: Romford.
Assignment Duties
* Work as part of a large team, liaising with customers and updating information on the in-house database.
* Forward feedback emails to customers and log responses.
* Respond to enquiries and queries by phone and email.
To be considered for this role
* Confident in talking to customers over the telephone.
* Available to work for the next 7 weeks without substantial absences.
