The school will offer a bespoke educational environment for pupils with Autism (ASC) and severe learning difficulties across Key Stages 1 and 2.This role is ideal for an experienced SEN practitioner who thrives in developing new initiatives, shaping school culture, and creating outstanding learning experiences from the ground up. You'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing high-quality teaching and learning that promotes every child's personal, social, and academic growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to pupils with Autism and complex learning needs.Contribute to the development of a broad and balanced curriculum aligned with best SEN practice.Implement and monitor individual education plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets.Collaborate with therapists, teaching assistants, and other specialists to provide holistic support.Foster a positive and safe classroom environment that encourages independence and confidence.Participate in professional development, reflective practice, and whole-school initiatives.About YouWe're looking for someone who is passionate about special education and driven to make a difference.
