This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking specialist secondary setting supporting young people aged 11–18 with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), autism and additional learning needs. Plan and deliver a creative, inclusive curriculum Support pupils with SEMH and complex needs Monitor progress across academic and personal development Foster a positive, safe and engaging learning environment Work closely with teaching assistants and wider staff What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience or strong understanding of SEN (SEMH, ASC, complex needs) Resilient, patient and adaptable approach Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills A team player with a passion for inclusive education Why Join Through Teaching Personnel?
