Location: Haverfordwest (SA61) | Hours: 35 hours per week | Salary: £14.60 - £15.20 per hour (Level 5 Qualified Salary: £15.10 - £15.70 per hour) | Reporting to: Registered Manager

The Haven in Haverfordwest provides specialist support for 14 adults with Mental Health needs, Acquired Brain Injuries, Learning Disabilities and Physical Health needs. We aim to empower each person to feel good about themselves, gain confidence, and lead happy, fulfilled lives. What You’ll Do
As Deputy Manager, you’ll shape the daily operations of our supported living services. You’ll lead and inspire a team of support staff, delivering outstanding care and support in line with regulatory standards (CQC/CIW). You’ll have autonomy and responsibility to make a difference while developing your leadership skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead by example: manage, inspire, and motivate a team of support workers; create a positive, inclusive work culture where everyone thrives.
* Service Coordination: oversee daily operations to ensure person-centred care and compliance with CQC/CIW regulations.
* Rota Management: manage scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage with flexible, efficient staffing.
* Quality Control: conduct audits and assessments to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
* Supportive Leadership: provide mentorship, training, and guidance; participate in crisis management, safeguarding, and ensuring delivery of all support plans.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in managing and leading a team
* _delivered high standards of person-centred care and support, working closely with residents_
* Experience assisting the Home Manager in achieving financial targets
* Commitment to compliance with CQC regulations and internal standards
* Ability to assume overall management of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between sites
