About The Role
As a Bank Receptionist at a Barchester care home, you'll provide the warm welcome that helps to make sure every resident and visitor feels at home. You will be the first point of contact for most people who come to the home, playing a vital part in creating a positive and friendly environment. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and showing prospective residents and their families around. Administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying and filing may also be needed.
About You
You’ll need to be professional, caring, courteous and well organised. You should take a real interest in our residents and go out of your way to make every visitor feel at home. No formal qualifications are required, but you will need a good telephone manner and strong communication skills.
