What you’ll be doing
* Prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes/menu
* Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items promptly
* Test foods for proper preparation and temperature
* Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
* Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage
* Support, train, and develop junior chefs
* Use creativity and attention to detail to create dishes that delight guests
What we're looking for
* Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
* Positive outlook and outgoing personality
* Level 3 cookery qualification or willingness to fund your training to achieve this
You will work 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends, on various shifts—early, mid, and late. Do you need flexibility? We’re happy to discuss this with you!
