We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
* Welcome guests warmly and manage their seating arrangements efficiently
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
* Serve food and drinks with professionalism and attentiveness
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues courteously
* Assist in food preparation and presentation when necessary
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards at all times
* Support barista duties if required, including preparing specialised coffee beverages
* Uphold high standards of hospitality to enhance guest satisfaction
Experience
* Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is desirable
* Experience in food preparation or restaurant environments is advantageous
* Barista experience is a plus but not essential; training can be provided
* Knowledge of food safety regulations is beneficial
* Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
