Operations Support Manager (6 month contract) – Be among the first 25 applicants. Here at NSL, part of Marston Holdings Ltd., we provide outsourced business services including parking and street management solutions for the public and private sectors. We are looking for an Operations Support Manager to support the Client Account Manager, lead the team, and act as a point of contact for our client.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the enforcement team, ensuring they have the tools and equipment to perform their roles
* Handle written customer enquiries and complaints
* Prepare the monthly enforcement plan and monitor its success
* Assist in developing Quality Assurance systems and procedures
* Receive and administer the implementation and removal of parking suspensions
* Manage cost control of consumables
* Control vehicle costs and maintenance through process management and telematics
Person Specification
* Excellent level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong leadership skills
* Organised and self-motivated
* Experience with reporting and presenting to senior management
