Job Description
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivational team players to join our bank in Dumfries and Galloway.
You will work as a Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) within the Nursing and multidisciplinary professional teams to ensure a high standard of care.
A bank worker contract allows you to undertake shifts across NHS Dumfries and Galloway on an as-and-when-required basis. Locations include acute hospitals, community hospitals, and community settings.
The nurse/HCSW bank centrally coordinates bank shifts for Acute and Community nursing services through an electronic booking system, enabling bank workers to view and book shifts via a computer or mobile device.
Bank workers must deliver high standards of patient-centred care, demonstrating kindness, professionalism, flexibility, and reliability.
If this describes you, then you may be a suitable candidate for the Nurse HCSW Bank.
Please Note: Bank posts are not eligible for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa.
