The Opportunity: * Based out of their Head Office and overseeing multiple live projects or one larger project, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating high-value Super Prime residential schemes, with an initial focus on a new build country home project. * You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the exceptional standards expected within this niche sector. * This role suits a Contracts Manager with a proven background in managing high-end single-dwelling residential projects, with contract values in excess of £5m. * You will ideally have 10 years of experience and a strong understanding of both refurbishment and new-build processes within the luxury residential market. * Strong leadership, programming, and client-facing skills are essential, as is a stable and progressive career history. * This is a permanent role with long-term prospects.
