What will you be doing?
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using industry best practice
• Work closely with project teams to create and agree baseline programmes
• Monitor progress, productivity and performance against plan
• Produce clear reports including resource plans and earned value analysis
• Manage programme changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders
• Support risk analysis and identify mitigation strategies
• Take part in planning meetings and contribute to bid activities
Where you'll be doing it:
You'll be joining a well-established engineering and construction business delivering complex projects across the UK. The team focuses on structured planning, collaboration, and maintaining high standards across project delivery.
What you'll need:
• Strong experience in a planning role within construction or engineering
• Experience using Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject
• Understanding of project controls, including cost and resource planning
• Ability to produce and interpret detailed project reports
• Good communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Relevant qualification or apprenticeship in a related field
