You’ll step into a Finance Manager role with real visibility, reporting directly to the Group Finance Director. You’ll be trusted to get up to speed quickly, take ownership, and start making an impact from day one.
This isn’t a “sit back and delegate” position. It’s hands‑on. You’ll be rolling your sleeves up, improving processes, and helping build a finance function that’s fit for a growing group.

o Be comfortable working without a detailed handover
o Have experience producing management accounts and cash flow forecasts
o Enjoy improving processes and systems
o Take a hands‑on approach and work in the detail when needed
