Black Fox Solutions are currently working with a leading supplier into the agricultural and construction industry who are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. Responsibilities
* Monitor the Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure timely receipt and accurate recording of payments.
* Conduct proactive credit control by following up with customers on overdue accounts and resolving billing or payment discrepancies.
* Reconcile customer accounts regularly and prepare detailed AR aging reports for management review.
* Communicate effectively with customers to resolve billing inquiries and provide account statements upon request.
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing accurate AR schedules and financial reports.
* Maintain well-organised and audit-ready records of invoices, receipts, correspondence, and payment activity.
* Process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll-related discrepancies in a timely and confidential manner.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working within a busy accounts department
* Experience in a credit control function is a big plus
* Previous Payroll experience
