We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trader Maintenance Operative / Cabin Fitter to join the market leading provider of Portable cabins, Secure Storage Solutions, Modular buildings and associated. The depot operation stores and prepares the units ready for hire or sale, installing, refurbishing and modifying untits and their fixtures to as good as new. We are keen to hear from candidates who are semi or multiskilled with experience in a relevant role e.g. Multi Trader Maintenance Operative, Handyman, Shop fitter or similar fitter type role. Some experience in joinery, plumbing, and/or electrical work is required.
The role:
We are looking for someone who has a good level of general maintenance / fitting / or can demonstrate excellent DIY skills who is happy to turn their hand to any job that is required.
1. Manual preparation for painting
2. Basic plumbing
3. Assist electricians with fittings
4. Fitting windows and doors
5. General maintenance skills
6. Use of power tools
7. Remove & replace flooring
8. To be able to remove & fit wall and ceiling panels
