Responsibilities:
Operations
Manage standards of food preparation and delivery
Maintain standards of food hygiene and cleanliness for kitchen, food serving area and restaurant tables
Maintain standards of Health & Safety as per the set guidelines
Maintain highest level of Customer Service, manage CRM and resolve customer complaints
Manage promotional campaigns, both instore and on-line
Manage day today communication with the Franchisor
Maintaining standards of daily/weekly/monthly/half yearly checks & records as per the set guidelines
Stock
Set & manage appropriate stock levels of all ingredients, including perishables by placing stock orders through authorized sources
Oversee efficient stock storage and usage
Oversee portion control in line with franchise guidance
People
Initiating new staff recruitment and Right to Work checking to update higher Management (Directors)
Conduct probationary reviews
Plan staffing requirements, issue weekly rota and monitor staff attendance
Provide employee time sheets for payroll purposes
Manage staff training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,879.03-£32,400.00 per year
