About the Role:
As Spa Manager, you’ll be at the heart of their spa and leisure offering - responsible for the overall performance, daily operation, and continued success of the spa and leisure facilities. This includes the luxury treatment rooms, infinity pool, state-of-the-art gym, and relaxation areas.
You’ll lead a talented team of therapists and leisure professionals, inspiring them to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable experiences, while driving commercial success and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
* · Lead, train, and motivate the spa and leisure team
* · Oversee all spa operations, from treatment delivery to gym memberships
* Manage budgets, stock control, and financial reporting
* Develop and implement spa promotions, memberships, and spa and lifestyle packages
* Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and safety
* Collaborate with hotel departments to support guest experiences and drive revenue
What They Need:
* Previous experience in spa or leisure management (ideally in a 4-star+ setting)
* A strong understanding of spa treatments, memberships and hospitality excellence
* Understanding of business operations with a focus on KPIs and guest experience
* Proven leadership skills with a passion for team development
* A warm, professional and driven individual ready to make their mark
* Knowledge of the brand Caudalie is an advantage but not essential
* Knowledge of premier spa is an advantage but not essential
