We are looking for a fantastic interim marketing leader to sharpen, elevate and amplify MC Saatchi’s global voice, ensuring the market sees the full strength of our ideas, products and impact. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery across major global moments over the next 6-months (with the possibility of extension). ABOUT THE ROLE You will help orchestrate how MC Saatchi Group shows up to clients, industry and talent worldwide, turning Cultural Power from a philosophy into a visible, undeniable growth engine. What You’ll Do Lead Global Marketing & External Narrative Working with the Global Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer you will own the Group’s global marketing and communications agenda creating a consistent, powerful story across markets. Steward the global narrative for MC Saatchi Ensure alignment across regions, practices and specialist businesses Elevate visibility of our strongest work, products and client outcomes Turn complexity into clarity for external audiences Drive Growth Storytelling & Product Amplification Work closely with regional growth leaders to ensure our best ideas travel. Identify high-performing offers and proof points across the network Turn performance and innovation into compelling growth stories Create repeatable frameworks for showcasing impact Support priority new business opportunities Curate Cultural Power Thought Leadership Play a central role in positioning MC Saatchi as a category-defining voice in culture-led growth. Shape and deliver global thought leadership Translate sophisticated thinking into credible, engaging narratives Ensure Cultural Power is consistently understood and differentiated Lead major launches and intellectual property moments Activate Channels & Campaigns Ensure our owned and earned platforms reflect the strength of the Group. Refresh and align websites, social channels and marketing materials Amplify regional products, announcements and successes globally Ensure consistent, high-quality content flow across channels Lead SEO and AEO review to strengthen discoverability Own the Marketing Infrastructure for Scale You will take over day to day ownership of our marketing systems; Own and optimise global marketing infrastructure, including HubSpot Drive adoption, data quality and effectiveness Balance creativity with operational discipline Support the rollout of the Growth Accelerator platform What Success Looks Like Cultural Power global drumbeat clearly articulated Strong global presence at major industry moments Visible proof of innovation, performance and growth Strong alignment across regions and practices Marketing infrastructure positioned for long-term success ABOUT YOU Experience & Attributes We’re seeking a strong leader who combines big-picture thinking with practical execution. What you bring (essential) Significant experience (typically 8 years) in global marketing, communications or growth leadership roles A track record of delivering high‑impact campaigns or launches, thought leadership and major marketing moments Experience operating across multiple markets and complex organisations Confidence working directly with C-suite executives and boards Experience working closely with new business teams to elevate pitch narratives and materials Strong understanding of culture as a commercial driver What you’re good at Turning strategy into clear, compelling marketing narratives and stories Operating at pace and delivering to tight, high‑stakes deadlines Building alignment across senior stakeholders and global teams Exercising sharp judgement on brand reputation and external visibility Managing and influencing PR partners, agencies and cross‑functional contributors Bringing structure, clarity and momentum to evolving or complex environments Blending strategic thinking with hands‑on execution APPLICATIONS CLOSE: Sunday 01 March ABOUT MC SAATCHI GROUP In a world saturated with content but starved of meaning, we believe culture moves first and commerce follows.
