JOB REF: 215301622 The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of contentious construction matters, advising a diverse range of clients on high-profile cases. • You will be responsible for managing your own independent caseload. This position is best suited to candidates with a solid understanding of JCT and NEC contracts within the construction or property development sectors. • You should demonstrate strong technical expertise and commercial awareness, effectively handle a varied caseload, maintain a client-focused approach, and exhibit excellent communication skills. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key contacts, providing legal advice and support throughout the process. • Excellent drafting, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, allowing you to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders while delivering outstanding levels of client care.
