Applicants need to be highly experienced in all areas of Total Reward and interested in the growth of the practice advising companies on total reward strategy, broad based incentive design and implementation, job architecture, pay equity as well as performance management and performance related pay. Requirements for this role:
* Proven experience at leading a Rewards practice
* Experience in total reward strategy design and implementation, performance management and understanding of wider HR practices
* Strong at winning, developing and maintaining client relationships, ideally within a consulting environment
* A professional and pro-active approach, to deliver client service to meet firms’ exceptional standards
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload with a flexible approach, ensuring deadlines are adhered to
* Clear communication skills and ability to produce high quality, client facing, technically accurate, well written documents
* Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to deal effectively and establish rapport with people at all levels and effectively delegating work, mentoring and developing team members
