This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join in the future development of a Special Educational Needs school working with Affinity Workforce based around E17, IG8 and RM3 with high standards of behaviour and achievement. We are seeking to appoint a keen and committed learning support assistant to support our children, including individuals and groups, both academically and socially. The successful applicant: Will understand how children learn. Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative. Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills. Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1.
